5 Tips for the Best Circus Experience
Have you ever been to a circus? Are you confused about what to expect or about what the show is all about? Don’t worry. Many of our patrons are first-time visitors as well. Here are some helpful tips for making your experience at the circus one of the best.
1. Expect Spectacular Human Feats
Claudia Alvarado Bauer, from Mexico, will be performing her amazing aerial performance in the Circular Lyra Ring. Claudia. Claudia Alvarado is a stunning Aerialist as well as a Flying Trapeze artist whose family runs through five generations of the world of circus. The other performers are Hubert (Huber) and Camila Dominguez of Columbia. This year, they’ll elevate the Crossbow Thrill Act to a higher level and demonstrate the importance of trust and commitment while performing in a way that combines sport and artistry. If you’re a BIG America’s Got Talent fan and are looking forward to finding out they are performing with the African Bonebreakers Contortionists Troupe; it is included in the 2023 incredible show. Visit this page to learn more about the performers we have and their amazing talents.
2. Prepare Before You Go
Children, particularly those who are less than 10, may feel more relaxed and at ease when they go to the circus if they are aware of what they can expect. This could include being in chaos for a long period. It is always a good idea for children to be mindful of what they can expect. We recommend that you read about the circus on the internet and through Epic. You can watch videos on YouTube of past Royal Canadian International Circus shows.
Are you still not convinced? Please go through our Virtual Tour of the Big Top on our website to take a peek. Explore the inside from every angle and experience the feeling of being there!
3. Eat Lunch or Dinner Before the Show
Food outside is not permitted in the circus venue. Light refreshments, such as cotton candy, sodas, hot dogs, and popcorn, will be available for purchase on the premises. Make sure you arrive early to ensure you have enough time to buy concessions.
4. Expect Lots of Audience Involvement
Have you ever had the opportunity to perform or be part of an event of a major scale? There’s something incredibly exciting about being selected to act in a portion of a huge event. The sensation of knowing that the entire crowd is watching and that the whole show will be based on your performance it is a thrilling experience and one your children will discuss for months to follow.
5. The Smiles on Children’s Faces
There’s nothing quite like an ear-to-ear smile on the faces of your children. It could be because of the light show. It could be a reaction from the crowd. It could be just the excitement of experiencing something new (and exciting). Whatever the reason, our circus has always managed to make a child smile. This is probably the most exciting part of the entire spectacle. Watching children enthralled and excited.
